Every used piano in our collection is directly imported from Japan, sourced from two of the most trusted names in the industry: Kawai and Yamaha. Japan has long been known for producing exceptionally well-built, well-maintained pianos — and because many owners and institutions there upgrade their instruments regularly, plenty of these Japanese used pianos still have decades of life left in them when they enter the resale market.
But the piano’s journey doesn’t end at import. Each unit passes through our own refurbishment factory, where our experienced technicians recondition it before it ever reaches a showroom floor.
Depending on the piano’s condition, this can include cleaning, action regulation, key adjustments, cabinet refinishing, replacing worn parts, and a final tuning and quality check. That means no piano leaves our refurbishment process with issues simply overlooked. Instead, each instrument is restored to a standard that performs reliably in Malaysia’s climate — not just on the day it’s sold.
