The Vic Firth PAD12 is a 12″ single-sided practice pad from Vic Firth, setting the standard for drummers who need a reliable and portable solution for practising away from the kit.
Vic Firth’s Single-sided Practice Pads set a high standard for drumming practice with a portable, soft rubber pad that helps keep your chops sharp, whether you’re perfecting a new piece of music or working on stick control. Even when played at full force at the loudest dynamic, this pad absorbs the blows and controls the volume for longer and later practice.
The natural playing surface provides the realistic feel and response of a drumhead with excellent rebound, and it can be played on any surface — on a table, on a drum, or right in your lap. The durable wooden base and underside grip keep the pad firmly in place, and the 12″ size also fits most snare stands for convenient practice.
The pad features a non-skid rubber base and an 8mm mounting thread for use on a cymbal stand, with a dense wooden base for an authentic feel — making it an essential practice tool for beginners, students, and seasoned drummers alike who want to build technique, endurance, and stick control anytime, anywhere.
