| Payment Terms | Full payment required at contract signing:

| Contract Renewal | Notify at least 2 weeks before contract ends
Renew by paying within the last week of contract Failure to renew: piano will be reclaimed within one month |

| Damage & Responsibility | Customer is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the piano while in their possession or under their control

| Natural Disasters | Emusic is not liable for natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, fires, etc.) or unforeseen events
