| Condition & Quality | Showroom Grade-A Refurbished Unit. Handpicked Quality: Personally selected by our experts to ensure the piano is structurally strong and produces a beautiful, rich sound. Cleaned & Polished: The exterior cabinet has been given a premium, deep-shine polish to remove surface scratches, making it look almost brand new. Technician Serviced: Every internal moving part has been adjusted and balanced by our workshop to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and reliable feel under your fingers. Due to natural aging, all small, high-use internal action parts have been completely replaced with brand-new components for a near-new feel. |

A physical warranty card outlining clear coverage terms will be provided alongside your piano delivery. It excludes accidental damage, negligence, altered serial numbers, unauthorized repairs, environmental extremes (humidity/temperature), and routine maintenance such as ongoing tuning and normal wear and tear. |

Shipping & Payment Terms (Please Read) | |
| Website Price | The price listed is for the piano only. |
| Shipping Fees | FREE Delivery within West Malaysia (Subject to location accessibility & Ground floor with easy access only). Deliveries to East Malaysia are calculated separately. Please contact us directly for an accurate outstation shipping quote before finalizing your payment. |
| Floor Surcharges | Standard delivery applies to ground floors only. Moving the piano up/down floors via stairs will incur additional specialized labor charges. |
| Alternative Delivery & Accessibility | In the event that a piano cannot safely clear a staircase or pathway due to complex, non-standard, or sharply angled structural designs, standard delivery terms will no longer apply. Any alternative handling methods required to complete the delivery, including but not limited to specialized hoisting, crane services, or balcony entry, shall be borne entirely at the buyer’s expense. |
| Access & Dimensions | Buyers are strictly responsible for measuring all doorways, corridors, and lift capacities prior to delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed due to physical space constraints, the buyer will bear the cost of the return transport fee. |
| Tuning After Move | Pianos need time to acclimate to new humidity levels. We recommend waiting 1 week after delivery before booking your free tuning. |
