For deliveries outside Klang Valley area, fees are calculated separately. Please contact us directly for an accurate outstation shipping quote before finalizing your payment. |
| Floor Surcharges | Standard delivery applies to ground floors only.
Moving the piano up/down floors via stairs will incur additional specialized labor charges. |
| Alternative Delivery & Accessibility | In the event that a piano cannot safely clear a staircase or pathway due to complex, non-standard, or sharply angled structural designs, standard delivery terms will no longer apply.
Any alternative handling methods required to complete the delivery, including but not limited to specialized hoisting, crane services, or balcony entry, shall be borne entirely at the buyer’s expense. |
| Access & Dimensions | Buyers are strictly responsible for measuring all doorways, corridors, and lift capacities prior to delivery.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to physical space constraints, the buyer will bear the cost of the return transport fee. |
