Wizard III Maple neck

Ibanez’s thin, flat and fast Wizard neck is strong and sturdy, offering unlimited playability and features a two-octave 24-fret fretboard for a wide tonal range.

Jatoba Fretboard

Jatoba has a reddish brown colour which produces a rich mid-range with a crisp high end.

Mono-Unit Output Jack

The mono-unit output jack is made of solid, durable material and is a single piece to avoid unwanted movement and loosening of the jack, which leads to contact failure or disconnection. This innovation allows for long-term playing enjoyment and minimal maintenance.

Edge-Zero II tremolo bridge

The Edge Zero II bridge design features a lower profile tremolo for playing comfort and a stud lock function for stable tuning.

Quantum Pickups.

The Quantum pickups have a quick low-end response to picking and are able to capture fast passages with precise note definition, while delivering a full-bodied mid-to-high range.

Switching System

When the pickup selector switch is in the neck position, the neck humbucker is selected.
When the switch is in between the neck and centre position, the bridge side of the neck humbucker and the centre pickup are selected.
When the switch is in the centre position, the centre pickup is selected.
When the switch is in between the centre and bridge position, the centre pickup and the neck side of the bridge humbucker are selected.
When the switch is in bridge position, the bridge humbucker is selected.

Controls

With the guitar held in the playing position, there is one knob and one switch along the lower edge of the body.
Closest to the neck is the five-way pickup selector switch.
Closer to the input jack is the tone knob. The volume knob is located right above the five-way pickup selector switch.
