Everything you need to build a full set of custom-length straight patch cables right out of the box. The Free The Tone SLK-S-10 bundles 10 nickel SL-8S straight plugs with 3 metres of CU-416 OFC cable — cut to any length you need, no soldering required.
The cable’s centre conductor and plug tip are connected inside the plug at the shortest possible distance, keeping the signal path tight and clean.
The slightly viscous outer jacket of the CU-416 grips the set screw on contact, locking it in place and preventing it from working loose over time.
When a cable wears out or a layout changes, the plugs can be removed and reused — no waste, no rewiring from scratch.
