The D’Addario PWSAL401 Auto Lock Polypro Guitar Strap combines durable construction, comfortable support, and innovative locking technology for guitarists and bassists.
Made from heavy-duty polypropylene webbing, this 2-inch-wide strap provides lightweight, flexible support for everyday practice, rehearsals, studio recording, and live performances. Its vibrant red finish adds a bold, eye-catching accent to electric guitars, acoustic guitars, and bass guitars.
Designed in collaboration with Ned Steinberger, D’Addario’s integrated Auto Lock system features spring-loaded latches that automatically secure the strap to most compatible guitar strap buttons. Simply slide the strap ends over the buttons to engage the locking mechanism. To remove the strap, lift the latch and slide the strap end away from the instrument.
Featuring an adjustable length of 35 to 55 inches, the PWSAL401 allows musicians to customise their preferred playing position. Its unpadded polypropylene construction offers dependable durability while remaining flexible and comfortable during standing performances.
Unlike conventional guitar straps with leather ends, the PWSAL401 provides built-in strap security without requiring replacement buttons or permanent modifications to compatible instruments.
Whether practising at home or performing on stage, the D’Addario PWSAL401 offers a practical combination of comfort, secure attachment, and colourful styling.
Compatibility Note: The Auto Lock system is not compatible with acoustic-electric endpin output jacks or plastic strap buttons.
